At Donkey Republic I was part of the team creating a global bike-rental platform. As Head of Design I worked closely with management and developers to research, plan, design, and build the core product while introducing new features for its 200,000+ users.

The film
I made a film introducing the platform: Donkey Republic, the world on two wheels.
The redesign
During my time at Donkey Republic I redesigned the whole user experience from start to finish. The flow, from finding a bike to returning it, on one whiteboard. In the rental experience I made the design for managing up to five bikes on one phone, something tourists use a lot in groups. I was also part of launching the pay-as-you-go payment model that price differentiates between short rides and when you need a bike for your everyday.
