The Org is an online employee engagement platform with the world's largest network of org charts. It is a Series B company backed by some of the world's leading venture funds, including Sequoia, Tiger Global, and Founders Fund.
At The Org we were challenged with building a new and more user-friendly customer facing dashboard for companies to manage their account. I was the lead designer on the dashboard, and features I designed include integrations to ATS and HRIS platforms.

At the virtual golf company TrackMan, I designed user experiences and user interfaces in close collaboration with POs on golf products such as Virtual Indoor Golf, Golf Range Games, and the Consumer App.
One of the biggest projects I was part of launching was the new interface design for the indoor golf simulator that is the first point of contact people have with the product before playing.

At Donkey Republic I was part of the team creating a global bike-rental platform. As Head of Design I worked closely with management and developers to research, plan, design, and build the core product while introducing new features to the users.
During my time at Donkey Republic I redesigned the whole user experience from start to finish. I was also part of launching the pay-as-you-go payment model that price differentiates between short rides and when you need a bike for your everyday.

During my time at the product design agency Shape I was the leading UX designer in pitching and laying out the UX for the white-label app that all the TV 2 regions use today.
The app is designed with accessibility in mind and adapts to the user's preferences with native dark mode, and takes into account every region's visual identity including fonts, colors, etc.

At the product design agency Shape I was designing for the OK app that many Danes use in their everyday lives. I was presenting new concepts to the client as well as planning new features for the app.
During my time at the agency I mainly designed for the parking feature as well as the electrical charging functionality that lets users charge their car from the app.
